8th Annual Real Estate Beach Retreat

The Real Estate Beach Retreat is an annual event that has been hosted by the Beery Rainsberger Group since 2009.

On Friday, July 21st, by special invite only, attendees loaded up in cozy seats on a charter bus in Gainesville and were taken to a private house on Vilano Beach in St. Augustine. Attendees enjoyed a day of networking, food, drinks, football on the beach, kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding, and for many just relaxing. Following lunch catered by Sonny's BBQ, guest speaker Fred Schmidt, President and COO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Worldwide shared his knowledge and forecast of the US commercial real estate market conditions and its effects on our local market. Blaine Strickland of HBS Resources, and professional coach to the BRG team, spoke about the growing popularity of Commercial Realtor teams. And Mike Kitchens and Senator Keith Perry were among other professionals to contribute to the discussion that covered everything from residential to development to state public policy matters.
